VAP ("Virtual Agent Pipeline") is an Execution Control Layer for AI Agents. VAP enforces cost control, retry limits, and execution ownership between autonomous agents and external paid APIs.
VAP is not a media generation service. VAP is a policy enforcement layer that controls how agents interact with paid external services.

Tier upgrades are automatic based on deposit history and task count.
VAP targets 99.9% uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via status page.
VAP is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access for:
You may terminate by ceasing use and requesting balance withdrawal.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
