Operator: VAP operates under Fooney AI Company. For paid purchases, the applicable operating entity and the checkout, receipt, invoice, or order confirmation are the source of truth for that transaction.
VAP ("Virtual Agent Pipeline") is an AI product platform that includes AI Room, Media API, and Coding Plan API surfaces.
Access control, billing, usage accounting, retries, safety checks, and policy enforcement sit around AI model execution. Requests can run on first-party infrastructure or third-party model and infrastructure providers; VAP is not the underlying model provider unless expressly stated.
To use VAP, you must:
You are responsible for all activity under your API credentials.
Most current access runs through product plans:
Dashboard and Developer Hub show the active plan, product keys, usage, and any balance or tier state that applies to your account.
Current plan pricing and included access are shown on VAP pricing and checkout pages before purchase. Product access and usage accounting depend on the plan or custom access you choose:
Prices, allowances, limits, and plan names change with notice when required. Checkout and account pages are the source of truth for the plan being purchased or used.
External payment infrastructure handles checkout and payment confirmation. Card checkout is processed through payment partners such as Lemon Squeezy and Stripe-powered payment infrastructure. Crypto checkout is processed through NOWPayments or similar crypto payment partners.
The payment method, processor, merchant or payment entity, taxes, fees, currency conversion, and checkout-specific conditions shown at checkout, on the receipt, or on the invoice are the source of truth for that transaction.
Failed executions are handled according to the billing path used by your account:
Refund review applies to paid plan or checkout issues such as:
Approved refunds: normally processed within 2 to 15 business days, subject to processor, bank, card network, and crypto network constraints.
Non-refundable items: processor fees, network fees, exchange-rate differences, and consumed usage, unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by VAP.
Balance withdrawals: Contact contact@vapagent.com to request review of unused eligible balance.
By using VAP, you authorize processing of service content, account activity, usage records, support information, and related operational data to operate, secure, maintain, bill, support, evaluate, and improve the service.
Service data, operational signals, aggregated data, and de-identified data support reliability, safety, quality, and product capabilities, except where restricted by applicable law or a separate written enterprise agreement. VAP does not sell personal data.
You agree not to use VAP to:
Current users should rely on the product plan shown in Dashboard for access. Legacy/custom integrations also expose execution limits based on tier:
Tier upgrades are automatic based on deposit history and task count.
The service targets 99.9% uptime. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via status page.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. VAP is not liable for:
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Access is suspended or terminated for:
You terminate by ceasing use, cancelling active plan access, and requesting review of any unused eligible balance.
